One of three distinct F&B venues at the new Hilton Orchard, Estate is a contemporary take on the classic buffet. The restaurant draws inspiration from the history of Orchard Road, an area once rich with spice plantations, fruit trees and flower nurseries. The design interprets Singapore’s bygone colonial charm within a modern setting. Interior architecture elements–colonnades, wooden louvers, metal mesh arches and rattan details–recall old plantation homes. Vibrant botanical paintings and wallpaper highlight farmed ingredients from the era, such as chili, nutmeg, and cocoa. Comfortable, mid-century-inspired furnishings, and residential-style open kitchens, create the warmth of enjoying a meal at home. Estate connects guests to the past while immersing them in a modern setting that celebrates the fresh, artisanal, locally-sourced menu.
