The progressive nature of a dinner party with friends, from the warm gesture of arrival to the interaction of the culinary experience, inspired our F&B design at the Four Seasons Napa Valley.
Truss was imagined as the resort's communal living room, a comfortable and inviting place to sit, taste, and catch up. This all-day destination is low-slung, textural, and luxurious. Folding glass walls open completely to the stellar setting overlooking the Vaca and Mayacamas Mountains.
Auro is the property's intimate dining room, nestled between the vineyard and the kitchen. Warm, artisanal plaster walls, wide-plank oak floors, and tailored seating set the scene for unforgettable multi-course dinners with spirited wine pairings. Floor to ceiling glass walls frame exciting views of the culinary team.
The kitchen and pantry are the heart of the experience, a transparent and collaborative culinary lab capped by the namesake open truss ceiling. Inside the kitchen, special chef’s tables provide unique alcoves for personal interaction.
