“Exactly like nothing else.”  Located in the heart of San Francisco’s tech-centric, art-focused, South of Market district, the hotel embodies the city’s economic and cultural evolution. This is where the hustle happens, new music launches, deals are made, and you are “in the know” just by being there. The Clancy celebrates the best of SoMa, where tech innovation converges with bohemian, artistic creativity. The design goal was to transform a prototypical branded property into a distinctive, personality-driven neighborhood hub and social destination. Inspired by the streets of San Francisco, EDG designed the hotel public spaces to be a product of vision, craft, and heartfelt design with an authentic sense of place.
