As part of the extensive makeover, The Ritz-Carlton, Cleveland also debuted a new restaurant, Turn Bar and Kitchen. Envisioned as a new downtown hot spot, the all-day dining venue serves regional favorites made with locally sourced ingredients — like Mad River rainbow trout and Northeast Ohio cassata cake — but an unusual feature is the tableside presentation of a signature spice blend made with seven salts from around the world.

After sundown, the hotel eatery transforms into a late-night entertainment destination with tapas and tunes.
