Take a look at EDG’s first live cooking demo with former Fairmont chef/EDG employee Soojin! Soojin has volunteered to host a cooking demo once a quarter as a way to bring culinary education into the office. With the help of a small gang of EDG-er’s working late into the night, and of course, a few glasses of wine to go around, she was able to prepare a beautiful meal for the entire office on Thursday.

...all made with the freshest bay-area ingredients. We all gathered around in the kitchen to learn how to prepare Salmon en Papillote with eager, growling stomachs, just before sitting down to eat. The cooking demo was a big success, and the food was absolutely delicious! We’re all looking forward to next’s quarters demo already!
