Neon Pigeon Flies again!

What's the one thing you should do in Singapore if you only have a few hours to spare? Conde Nast narrowed the list to a few great outings, whether you want to fit in a trip to the Cloud Forest or have a meal to remember:

"Head over to Keong Saik street for a small-plates feast at groovy, slightly rowdy Neon Pigeon; order the Southeast Asian-inflectedizakaya. Neon Pigeon's chef-owner Michael Goodman is a New Yorker by way of Bali, and he definitely brings it in his open kitchen (before you go, ask for a vial of his "Crack Salt"—sea salt, togarashi [Japanese chili pepper], and yuzu [a lemon-like Asian fruit], blended into an umami dream).
